Dale Frazer D.O., B.Sc.
Dale grew up in Sydney and had an avid interest in sport, the human body and every aspect of health. After leaving school he studied naturopathy, then went on to study osteopathy. He was first registered as an osteopath in 1989 after graduating from the International College of Osteopathy in Sydney, and in 2002 completed further study at Victoria university where he obtained his Bachelor of Science.
Dale was in private practice in Sydney from1989-2006, commuting between Sydney and Tweed Heads for the last four of those years. His passion for, and interest in, osteopathy has grown with each year, and is committed to his personal continuing professional development, and to the development of the profession. He describes osteopathy as a vocation that you can truly be passionate about, and dedicated to, for the whole of your life. Osteopathy being a career and a craft that becomes a large part of your way of life, and one that is immensely rewarding .He particularly enjoys the interaction that osteopathy necessarily involves, and the satisfaction and fulfilment of being able to help people in their daily lives.
Dale has an interest in all aspects of osteopathy. His treatments generally involve a lot of soft tissue work, stretching and fascial release techniques. He tends to use very little, if any, HVLA spinal manipulation, preferring to use gentler direct techniques and other indirect techniques.
When Dales’ not at the clinic he can be found spending time with his family, keeping fit and playing guitar. |

Jenny has been working as an osteopath since 2005.
Jenny grew up in Sydney where she graduated from the University of Western Sydney with a Degree in Applied Science (Osteopathy) and a Master of Osteopathy. Since graduating, Jenny left Sydney and moved to Tweed Heads where she has been working at Life In Motion since 2005. During this time she also spent 2 years simultaneously working in the Brisbane CBD.
Jenny loves working with the diverse people she sees from the Tweed community and occasional holiday- makers, ranging from children (starting at the age of 4) to the elderly, and pregnant women. Her treatment style consists of firm soft tissue work, myofascial work, joint articulation, stretching, indirect techniques, manipulation to the thoracic and lumbar spine, and very minimal manipulation to the cervical spine. Jenny can also do rehabilitation work post-operatively, providing home stretching and exercise programs.
Jenny will occasionally do home-visits to people's homes and nursing homes in special circumstances where the patient is unable to commute to the clinic.
When not working, Jenny enjoys the great outdoors the Tweed has to offer. Whether it’s enjoying the countryside, or spending endless hours at the beach or river.
